I upgraded my 4 phones while talking with a Verizon rep. Online trade in and upgrade stated I would receive $800 dollar credits for the phones I traded in. I was told they would ship my phones to the addresses needed and that they would send return labels. Verizon is telling me that if I trade in my old 4 year old iPhone XR I can get 800 dollars trade in credit toward iPhone 14 which means that I get this phone for free. Is this legitimate? I used it on 3 lines that had it, but some reason the fourth line was only showing the $800 deal instead of the $1000 . I contacted Verizon chat and they confirmed i have the offer and placed the order..
