With FNIS the autor itself has to update the program to add support for certain mods, witch nemesis that is not necesary. I dont really know how well the specific mods designed for FNIS work but you dont have to unistall FNIS to try it, just install nemesis on top of whatever you have installed and it should work, at least it did for me..
